About Lena: Lena is 26 years old and was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and have lived there all her life, as a child spending summers with her grandparents in the Crimea/Ukraine. She has always been fascinated with history, literature, and foreign languages and that brought her to the philological department of the St. Petersburg University and subsequently to the Academy of Fine Arts. While she was a student she entered a special school for guides and started guiding in St. Petersburg - the city which brought her up and the city which she will always belong to! She's an excellent guide and an outstanding person and communicator, always fun to be around. Her stories take your breath away and you get to envision and experience the history of the city you're visiting. She truly knows what a traveler needs as she has gone on extensive far-away trips herself.

About Eugenia: Eugenia is 29 years old native citizen of St.Petersburg. She was born and grown up here, so she knows something about her subject and speaks from her heart. She works as the professional guide since 2003 and enjoys her job very much.
She is an experienced traveler. She has been to the United States, some European, Asian and even South American countries. So she knows most traveler's concerns. Her major interests are history (not only in facts but the explanations why certain events have happened), art and the social life (so you are very welcome to ask her any questions about everyday Russian life, political and social issues).
